Inside, you’ll find four beautifully designed ensuite bedrooms, each offering its own blend of comfort, flexibility, and breathtaking scenery. All beds are premium hotel-quality and 3 of the rooms can be arranged as twin or super king, giving you complete freedom to customise your stay. Spacious walk-in showers, modern bathrooms, blackout blinds, and thoughtfully placed storage pods make every room feel like a retreat of its own.

Large windows and patio doors frame the stunning surroundings — from sweeping coastal views and shimmering harbour waters to the dramatic ridges of Hungry Hill and the Caha Mountains. Some rooms open directly onto private stone terraces with direct slipway access, perfect for morning swims, peaceful reading time, or simply soaking in the fresh Atlantic air. Others feature oversized picture windows, teak benches, charming window seats, Velux skylights, or antique writing desks positioned to capture uninterrupted views of the landscape.

Guests enjoy access to a warm, inviting dining lounge on the upper level. Here you have a coffee dock / bar kitchenette and access to the fully equipped kitchen.
Step out onto the west-facing balcony to enjoy your breakfast while looking out over Adrigole Harbour and the iconic peak of Hungry Hill. Relax on the balcony at night and watch the sun set behind Hungry Hill.
