Flexible Ground Floor Double or Twin Room.

This is our smallest room and priced to give you value. The extra long hotel beds can be arranged as a comfortable superking double or twin to suit your needs.

Enjoy the luxury of a spacious walk-in shower, along with a separate WC and sink for added convenience. The room features a north-facing window with a charming oversized teak windowsill and stool. The north-facing window looks out to the Caha Mountain ridge, Adrigole Hill and the edge of the harbour.

This is a small room and we decided to compromise floor space to give you comfortable beds and a good night sleep. 

Guests at The Boat House Bed & Breakfast are invited to enjoy a relaxed breakfast in our cozy communal dining lounge, located upstairs. You can  step out onto the west-facing balcony and take in the breathtaking views over Adrigole Harbour and the stunning Hungry Hill, curl up on the sofa or make a cup of tea or coffee with complimentary ginger biscuits.

To help you make the most of your stay, we offer a variety of amenities, including a games cupboard, local maps, books, and helpful information about the area.

Our breakfast is a simple, self-serve continental spread, featuring soda bread, fruit bread, seasonal fruits, a selection of cereals, and a variety of jams. Enjoy a warm cup of tea or coffee to start your day. A small kitchenette is at your disposal, with a kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and sink for your convenience.

Rates range from €90 to €110 / night for 2 people. Includes simple breakfast.

Beds can be set as twins or superking double. Duvets remain as large singles.
